Definitions

“Platform” refers to the Wave Wealth application, DApp, smart contracts, prize pools, DAO, and affiliated tools.

“User”, “you” means any person interacting with Wave Wealth via a connected wallet or otherwise.

“We”, “our”, “Wave Wealth” refers to Wave Wealth Inc. and its affiliated protocol infrastructure.

“DAO” refers to the decentralized governance structure controlling some protocol decisions through on-chain proposals and votes.

2. Jurisdiction and Governance

Wave Wealth Inc. is registered in Panama, and all services are subject to Panama’s legal jurisdiction.
Any disputes or claims arising from the use of the platform shall be governed by the laws of Panama.

DAO governance decisions are decentralized and non-binding on Wave Wealth Inc. unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

We’re not starting this for a quick payout. We’ve created a compensation structure aligned with long-term sustainability:

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal right to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction
• Use the platform at your own risk and in accordance with local laws
• Certain features may be restricted by region due to regulatory reasons (e.g. prize participation in the U.S., Canada, etc.).

4. No Financial or Investment Advice

Wave Wealth is not a financial institution, advisor, or exchange. Participation in pools, staking, or token-based activities is not a guaranteed return and carries inherent risk.

Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as:

• Investment advice
• A promise of earnings
• Financial planning services
• You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values are volatile and that you are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

5. Smart Contract Disclaimer

Wave Wealth is a non-custodial, smart contract-based system.
We do not control your funds or transactions. All logic is automated and final as deployed on the blockchain.

You are responsible for:

• Verifying contract addresses
• Understanding the mechanics of the protocol
• Protecting your private keys and wallets

Wave Wealth Inc. and the DAO are not liable for:

• Smart contract errors
• Blockchain congestion or downtime
• Failed transactions or losses

6. XP, Rewards, NFTs, and Tokens

XP, NFTs, referral rewards, and WAVE tokens:

• Hold no intrinsic or promised value
• May fluctuate and are subject to protocol changes
• Are governed partially or fully by DAO votes

We reserve the right to suspend or modify rewards systems at any time to maintain fairness and compliance.

7. Referral Program and Participation

Referrals are:

• Voluntary and publicly recorded
• Subject to anti-spam and anti-manipulation protections
• Not guaranteed to produce monetary rewards

Participation in daily or mega pools is optional and subject to each pool’s rules as displayed in the DApp.

8. Intellectual Property

All Wave Wealth trademarks, logos, designs, and code (excluding open-source libraries) are the property of Wave Wealth Inc.

You may not:

• Reproduce or use them without permission
• Misrepresent your affiliation with the project

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Wave Wealth Inc., its directors, contributors, or DAO members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the platform.

You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wave Wealth Inc., its founders, developers, and DAO contributors from:

• Any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform
• Violations of these Terms
• Misuse of the protocol, tokens, or smart contracts

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
